I usually take psyllium husk fiber as a loose powder but this is a good alternative when traveling or if I don’t feel like drinking the loose powder. Can sometimes cause a stomach ache if taken too many days in a row. No flavor, no burping it up.

Split the dose
These are massive dosage capsules. Not dangerous but also not needed. I pop the top off the capsule and just pour a bit into my mouth. One capsule lasts around 5 days. R-5-P tastes pretty mild so really not a big deal. This one bottle is gonna last 2 years using this method
