Good quality - easy to get letters into slots. You must purchase the power cord separately, otherwise it is battery operated only. The LED lights are really white - wish the light was softer.

These are all around great for parties, announcements etc. Wish they were a bit more heavy duty and lasted longer. They tend to break a bit to fast and can easly be made better.

Its wider than most boxes. I love the wooden style on the edges. So far, I've gotten more followers on social media bc of this!

I bought this to use for short messages in my community and it works really well! We got a lot of positive feedback on it at the annual meeting in January. The one drawback I have found is that the letters do not stay in the track very well, when I lift the box to take it home if I tilt it even slightly the letters fall out. I have already lost a couple of them. But overall, I am very happy with the product! This was a great find!

Love the light and how this product looks. I do wish that the battery would last a bit longer when off the plug. Other than that this is a great product does exactly what we needed.

It's a great size and shape for my purposes as a musician, but the letters fall out very easily. It would be nice if they stayed in place. Also the cord for plugging in isn't very long and it takes a lot of batteries if you want to go that route.

The replacement sent to me doesn't have a working light, and due to the seller's policy, I didn't get a full refund. Hedberg's joke about a broken escalator becoming still-function stairs doesn't apply here.The first time I received this $60 product, without any Ps, it was impossible to light up a room with Happy Birthday to someone, which was the main reason I bought the product. At best, the lack prompted a creativity exercise around the generic happy b-day, and I made it work. Still, because the packaging displayed the full alphabet, numbers, and characters, advertising 140 total, I was surprised when the characters seemed more like a random assortment. This larger upset made other quality control issues starker. Again with characters, the first plastic letter I tried had an oddly cut edge, preventing it from sliding into place. Cracks on characters with no duplicates stand out on top of the light. The apostrophe/comma was printed in an improbable, weird way so that it’s always backward or upside down no matter how it’s flipped or turned. The light box itself looks nice from a distance in the dark, but the top edge feels rough and chipped, and the lower right corner's wood finish is splotched with white paint. All in all, the vintage edition My Cinema Lightbox seemed like an appealing product when shopping online for a special-occasion, atmospheric flourish, but the product I received wasn't worth the price.

I like this to decorate and leave nice messages for loved ones.Only thing I disliked was that the corners of the lettering pieces easily break off so i have to be really careful when inserting.
