Q: Does this fit a m &p sport 15 11

Those does not attach to any gun. This is a suppressor cover; it attaches to suppressors. If you don't have a sound suppressor then this is useless to you. Side note: I ordered this for my SiCo Omega 300 and it didn't fit.

Q: With this fit the sandman?

If your Sandman Suppressor is the 6.8" length x 1.5” diameter it will fit you suppressor in diameter although it will only cover 5.5” and will leave 1.3” of your suppressor exposed. Functionality will still do as designed of not accidentally burning your clothes, melting equipment, or causing bodily injuries from a hot suppressor that you just ran hot. Does look like a soda can at the end of your rifle but overall still happy with the product.

Q: Are these too short for a 7” suppressor?

The Magpul Suppressor Cover - 5.5" is optimized for 1.5” outer diameter round suppressors with a body length of approximately 5.5” (not including attachment hardware / interface) such as the Surefire SOCOM556-RC2. Fitment with suppressors longer than 5.5" is absolutely possible ( 1.5" round outer diameter is still necessary ) but there may be exposed sections of the suppressor body due to the length. Proper placement and awareness are necessary to mitigate potential exposure/contact to those hot sections during use.
