I ended up returning this phone to Amazon because I found this on sale at Best Buy very briefly on sale for less. This does not change my opinion on the phone. My wife used this phone on a recent trip out of country with a eSim and it worked great. Gave her access to tools that she needed and allowed her to use a esim carrier which was awesome. ESims are a game changer vs getting a physical card in terms of ease of use and value. It is a no frills phone but has a lot of features I miss in modern phones even flagship ones like expandable storage and a earphone jack. Nice wide screen and good enough performance for most people. I would recommend this as a starter for young children and again for traveling internationally. Overall a great phone.

This is a good basic design, without adding too many extra software features, other brands like to add their own software that wants to overtake google defaults, this one does a good job at keeping things simple.Really enjoy this phone, only been 3 days using and noticed the quality is pretty good, and the processor seems quick on video processing. It may not have as 'much' video features as other phones, but it is good enough. I would definitely recommend this phone.Is also 'water resistant' so that is good, as during the winter there is definitely moisture with the snow, so this gives me peace of mind when going to the mountains.It does not come with a charger, note to charge with the 5v-2amp, otherwise it wont charge quickly, i had a 5v-3amp and was not charging quickly, once i switched it to a 5v-2amp charger it charged quickly.Another really good feature is that it has gorilla glass based on the description, this is very important, as many phones have lesser resistance screens, which is the main breakage point of many cell phones. This little extra layer of protection from gorilla glass maybe the difference of having a functional phone or not having one once dropped, because you will drop the cellular eventually.So yes, I'm happy with the overall performance and features of this phone, and I'm hoping it will last me at least 1-2 years time.

My 1st 5g cell phone, so obviously it’s stronger color strength and speed are noteworthy. I had to get a son to transfer and startup the new phone. Several years ago I upgraded to a new iPad; I was able to do that myself, it was so logical and self-explanatory for my low level of expertise. The android system isn’t as easy. Engineering?

I have had Motorola phones for the past 10 years now. I continue to go in that trend unless something happens to this phone. Is the most current model of the G series and to get it at the printer or sold for is awesome. Great battery life and easy to use with some additional features that my previous phone (G Stylus '22) didn't have. Highly recommend.

Phone is ok. Better than my old phone I ran over. Battery life is terrible. Most likely it's my life360, but old phone had same apps and it lasted all day. Sometimes video apps will keep playing on after you close the app. Pictures are good. Phone is lightweight even with a protective case.

This 2025 phone replaces my 2022 Moto G. The transition to the new phone was seamless with all of my apps, data, and even home screen icons copying over. Battery life is about what I expected--a full day without recharging. The new camera is significantly improved in both still and video modes. The phone now has NFC, missing from the 2022 model. I fully expected that when they added NFC, they would have removed the FM radio capability, but they didn't. Plug in a pair of wireless earphones and you have a fully capable FM radio a feature that I always liked.Overall, the Moto G 2025 is a great budget phone with all the features and performance that I need.

I was bit concerned about performance and quality of such a cheap mobile phone, which just came out on the market. I was pleasantly surprised with performance, ability, design and sturdiness. Display is not high end, but does everything what is needed and performs well on different lights. All applications and games runs perfectly fine as good as 5x more expensive Androids and iPhones. Motorola, you did great job.
