Good starting kit for beginners and intermediate bakers. Comes with the necessary basic equipment. Good quality items.

As a new sourdough baker, I needed multiple tools and this kit has been good for that reason. Pros: The whisk is a nice sturdy quality. The plastic bowl scrapper is amazing and I use it the most out of all the tools. I use the brush to clean the liners of excess flour and it works well. The lame works as expected and I like that there are multiple blades and a lame cover. I haven't used the metal scrapper yet so can't judge that aspect. Cons: the proofing baskets are not a great quality. The surface is covered in wooden slivers, so you have to be careful handling them. One also had a completely cracked panel. The baskets still work but they are definitely something I'll have to replace soon or else I will end up with too many slivers from picking them up.

Great starter kit with all the basics, super value for the price and quality of the materials. Have used all except the rectangle loaf banneton, but excellent set up for the beginner.

Bought this for my moms christmas present. I took a heat pen and let my kids write on the handles for her with pencil and I traced it over with the heat pen. It made a beautiful display and held up very well. I love the wood color and texture, the thickness and size of handles fits perfectly. The baskets were well made and sturdy. All around a good purchase.

This is such a great beginner's set! I decided I wanted to get into the sourdough fad because I absolutely love sourdough, but hate the extra ingredients that are included in so many of the store-bought ones. This set was totally perfect. The bannetons and all other supplies are good quality and easy to clean--for sourdough that is. We all know it's STICKY. The wooden handled supplies will need to be hand washed, but I don't find that a problem.

Everything is very good, I used the liners to cover the bannetons and with a bit of flour in them, they don't stick. My only problem is the wooden bread scraper has a stain that comes off especially when it's wet.

If you want good sour dough you absolutely need these proofing baskets. Game changing!
