Basement humidity noticeably lower
I purchased this system to put under my new deck. I was told by a gutter installer that it would be a waste of money to put gutters on my house. Because of the fascia's slant along with the metal roof, gutters would either not hang high enough to catch water or would hang so high that ice and snow will just rip them off. So I've had to think of other ways to get water away from my foundation. My old house has a stone foundation and water seeps into my basement constantly. One of the worst locations is my south facing patio where two roof lines pitch toward each other creating a waterfall that pummels the deck. All of that water would then seem into the ground and then into my basement. I have a dehumidifier that runs constantly in the basement and it could never keep up. Until NOW.Ever since I installed this, the humidity level has gone steadily down in the basement despite the increased amount of autumn rain we have had. This system was also much less expensive compared to the other systems I looked at. Since my patio is only a few inches off the ground, I didn't even have to worry about buying coordinating hardware because nobody will ever see it. It was easy to install the down spout adapters to the membrane and the membrane stapled down easily. So happy with this. Will be using the extra membrane to address one more side of the house that has some water seepage and my basement humidity issues should be over.

Great product for 1/10th the cost of popular name brands.
Easy to install. I used a 5/4 decking board in between the joist and clamped it on the rim joist of the deck and ran it back to about 3 feet from the house to get my angle of run-off. Then simply rolled out the product and the 5/4 board helps to support it and give it the correct run-off while you are stapling it to the joists. The final 3 feet raises up toward the rim joist on the house. Then insert the drains, add a gutter and you are all set. Well done Goberco!!

Underdeck
I was torn between which product to use for my elevated deck. The deck needed a total makeover. Which allowed me to cut the boards as I went and gave myself a place to work in the process of laying this material down.Product comes in longer sheets than needed. Do the math on how long your runs are and how many can be completed with 1 roll and so forth. Packaging is great and delivery was sooner than projected by Amazon. Many stated the material is hard to work with. I didn’t find that issue. I expected laying 16ft runs by myself to be some what difficult. I utilized a few brooms to keep elevated and not falling through. And working my way down removing them to create a slope. It is helpful if your deck does have a natural slope, but not totally necessary. You can work the material to a slope. Don’t try too hard to make a slope, it doesn’t take much for water to follow gravity, focus more on maintaining a slope to prevent pools.Which leads me to the negative of the product. For some reason despite be ing packaged in rolls, after laying flat there are these bends every 6 ft or so. These spots can creat pools of water. You can manipulate one side with a stapler to help overcome. Still annoying. For smaller trust widths, staple then use box cuter on each side. Don’t attempt to use if wider. Use flashing tape to tape down overlap and staples. Have a good staple gun!!!My plan was to use trex boards on top and then the hidden clips. Quickly aborted that idea. Running 16ft boards and having that material underneath would make the project 10x harder. I used regular composite board screws.Functionally this product works great. During the process of laying material it rained several times. No issues. A few small pools but nothing I’m concerned with. Underneath was dry as a bone.Overall I would buy again and would recommend.

Very difficult to install, seems like a decent product though.
Seems like a decent enough product, not very user-friendly. Stiff, holds any creases you accidentally put in it (and with it falling between the joists every 10 seconds, you are going to crease it a lot). To be fair, I'm 10ft in the air and working solo. Next time I'll get a large piece of pond liner or something I can get over more than one pair of joists and save myself a lot of hassle.

Great system!
Installed this under a deck we are building on a brand new house. It installed fairly easily. We were installing it in 14 and 16 ft runs. It was a two-person job.We used the recommended 4" Grace vycor as our flashing. Also a great productIt rained for the first time last night and the patio below is dry.I compared it to another system that installs like soffit underneath the deck boards. The thing that sold me on this system was this actually protects the top of the deck framing. Too many times I have had to tear down a deck because the pressure treated framing has finally deteriorated.I would recommend this to anybody who wants to waterproof under their deck.

Doesn't do well installing in hot season
I gave this a solid shot and I just couldn't keep the wrinkles out.Quickly learned I was going to have to rely on the engineered slope of the deck and just pull it tight to joists because the rigidity makes it too difficult to add a slope. With that being factored, it was still unacceptable with the ridiculous amount of expansion this material has in hot sun. Installed in shade pulled tight between 8" spaced staples, after the sun hit it we had 1" raised bow between staples and the rain gutter was full of perpendicular creases. Looked awful.Maybe once deck boards were installed it would have straightened out some, but this is a 12'x48' section and i cannot risk that much work being wasted. Had to return remaining unused rolls, and consider other options.Good idea, flawed material.

Heavy weight material
Ensure that the deck is framed with a 1/8 to 1/4 inch fall per foot. Unlike other brands that you install with a slope this material relies on the deck framing to drain properly.

Works as descried
Easy to use product for one person if you pre-install depth guides. I installed a a guide every 2 ft, each guide 1/2 inch lower than the last giving a 1/4" dropper foot along the length of the joists. Wet winter went by and the underdeck stayed dry.
