This is a review for Ice Pack (4-Pieces Set) Reusable Hot and Cold Therapy Gel Wrap Alleviate Joint and Muscle Pain -Cold Packs for Shoulder, Neck, Head, Ankle, Leg, Foot, Hand, Wrist, Arm, Elbows This is a nice set - 2 different ice/heat packs that fit in a pouch you can wrap and hold where you need it most! These are really nice - I usually keep the ice packs in my freezer ready for use, but they heat well when submerged in a hot water bath (I threw away my microwave! lol You can heat these in a microwave but it is not necessary!)

These packs work well if you need hot packs or ice packs. I like that the packs are 2 colors - we keep the blue one in the freezer and the pink one in our medicine cabinet for when we need to heat it up.

I ordered these to combat the joint aches and pains of working around a small farmstead, and they are working well for that. I was very pleasantly surprised with how tough the gel bags were - I am used to using the ones the chiropractor sends home with you, which I have to put in plastic bags due to leakage. These are really nice. They freeze or heat easily and hold the cold/heat for more than 20 minutes (I only apply cold or heat for 15-20 minutes) and reheat/freeze quickly. I like I can use one pack without the holder or both packs with the holder. This was nicely thought-out, in my opinion. Please check the dimensions of the bags before you order (the description says 6.3" x 1.97") - these are small and not designed for your whole back or leg, but perfect for wrists, elbows, knees, etc. (it looks huge in the photo on my knee, but that's only the camera angle). I really like having smaller ones that are more targeted for those areas. The holder has velcro strips to hold the packs in, one on each side. It is sturdily made, with even stitching and material that looks like it will hold up for a long time. I appreciate the extra strap for adaptability. The outer material is soft, but the application side is a firmer mesh. I anticipate having this around for a long time, as it is tough and very useful. Two thumbs up for a good product! :)

Works Great

These ice packs are fine for small injuries, or small areas of soreness. But even though this set comes with a bag to place two packs in together to cover a larger area, the ice packs themselves are small and very thin. I don’t feel like there’s enough gel inside to make these as cold as they could be. Because of this I feel like the coldness doesn’t last as long as other gel packs. So, if you need a little chill on a boo-boo, this will do the job. And like most plastic related things, this was super stinky out of the package. Had to let it sit for days before placing it in my freezer.
