It would be 5 stars but the y want a damn review very shortly after it arrived. They are good tasting . They clump up on shipping and have to be pryed apart otherwise it is one massive ball. (Not a great packaging I suppose) The package says not to expect immediate results and I did not see any overnight bit to give them the review- it passed through and made a turd. The only side affect was on my fingers- they did change color from trying to pry them all apart. I would recommend this product to anyone that can “think” it is working as I do not see anything after two days.( it’s a 30 day supply and the directions advise giving it at least 3 months of use to see positive and measurable results. Ok, I am NOT wasting money -potentially to see if it works. If it ain’t apparent in two weeks- forget it!
