Good medium sized pizza dough proofing box. I use it for a condo with a small kitchen and it fits my needs well.

Very heavy duty and well made. Kept my pizza dough from getting dried out for 3 days in the fridge (and possibly longer if I didn't eat it all). You could probably stack 6 or more of these on top of each other without worrying about the lid bowing and touching the dough inside.

A little pricey for what you get but the quality and functionality makes up for it. Seems like a commercial industrial grade product for the home because of its size. There are cheaper alternatives but if you want premium quality look no further.
