This is a wonderful piece of kit. - It vacuums and mops as well as you do (except in corners). - Its mapping is very sophisticated (albeit with a few quirks, see below). - You can tell it to clean the whole floor, a room, or just a particular zone in a room. - You can schedule it to clean specific areas - the app will do the rest. It connected first time to WiFi. - You only have to do a quick 3 minute maintenance session every week, change the dustbag maybe once a quarter. - It copes surprisingly well with cables (if not too thick) and cavity floorboxes. - It seems pretty sturdy, but this might be one device I would consider an extended warranty for cos it is going to see a lot of action. I LOVE IT. Just some tips about "Mapping" which we learned in the initial days. When you first let it loose, the Robovac will create a map of your residence, a few tips: - Clear as much off the floor as you can. - Mirrors at ground level confuse it, so we wandered behind it with a tray - everytime the Robovac turned towards a mirrored door, we put the tray in front of the mirror. - Open doors in front of it as it goes. It needs all the help it can get to spot rooms off corridors, so when it comes out of an ensuite for example, close the door so it can check out the rest of the room. Then have a look in the app at the map it created. Chances are it will have missed some detail or made some errors. - If it has missed an area, create a zone and tell it to clean that zone. It will then add it to the map. - It will have merged some rooms and split others. Use the Map Edit feature to sort this. The same goes if you move furniture. You may need to do a zone clean of where a sofa was to amend the map.

I bought this when it was 38% off (keep an eye as the price does drop every so often). It is brilliant! Excellent mopping and vacuuming ability. Easy to use app and simple set up. It has mapped my ground floor perfectly and connects to the app and WiFi no problem. It is quite noisy as it moves around the house, but this doesn’t bother me. The only major negative is the noise it makes when it self empties the vacuum. It is like a jet is taking off. But now we know this, I make sure we’re either not in when it does its thing or I warn my kids! We have named her Meryl Sweep and I am over the moon with my birthday present from me to me! (What’s a girl to do when her birthday is in January!?)

It’s epic. It will not get rid of very ground in dirt but for a regular clean to get rid of pet hair, dust and general dirt it’s fantastic. I use it downstairs on porcelain tiles, about 65 square metres and it just cracks on and does the whole ground floor. I tend to schedule it early in the morning and just make sure all obstacles are out of the way before going to bed. I am considering another one for upstairs, They really are that useful.

Cleaning This is good vacuum cleaner and does a decent job, especially on hard floors and carpets where there is not a lot of hair. The mopping function is okay and if the floor is very dirty then it might not clean on the first go , but you will need to run it again. Using it This is simple once the vac has mapped the floor space You need to use the app as that gives all the instructions. The app lets you set up what you want the vac on which area and at what level The capacity is good and you only need to clean one or two parts weekly which are relatively easy to do The base unit has a huge capacity so you wont be cleaning all the time. Only slight negative is that if you have lots of hair in your carpet then it struggles to clean that, then again most vacuums do I would recommend this, although it is on the pricey side, you gets lots of features and a good clean withput too much hassle

This was such a shame. We were very impressed with this machine. It cleaned and mopped very well. However, we have just started the return process today because although the 3d matrix eye is pretty good at avoiding objects and mapping rooms it failed miserably on the freestanding piano in our dining room. The pedals of the piano were the exact height of the sensor windows that shield the camera at the front of the unit and for whatever reason the machine does not see them and bashes straight into them. I guess the camera can see above, below and either side of them so maybe it was an unusual case and the machine just got confused. The glass on these sensors is very fragile and just smashed. There is the option to set up no go zones but this is too late once the damage is done. The unit did still operate with a smashed window which is the reason I was able to post this video but the unit keeps coming up with error dirty window sensor which is why I have no option to return. Most robot vacuums have the sensor at the top of the unit which would prevent this issue. I did read on another review that the front sensor can collect cobweb ( in a way that a top sensor wouldn't ) which can mess up the camera but we didnt have this issue. Our misfortune was unfortunately more catastrophic. Despite my 1 star review I may consider this machine again in the future and will block off the unit from entering under the piano stool both physically and by way of a no go zone in the app. For now though I am just a bit peeved at having to spend my morning boxing up the whole unit to return. I am glad I kept the box and packaging.

it’s truly an amazing product, while initially I received a used and damaged product. Amazon ensured that I’m compensated and satisfied. The Eufy S1 Pro cleans super well. In the middle of a sand storm that left my place like a dune, and after one single run the place is spotless, literally. I even wiped down with a wet paper towel to check the remaining dust and the floors are squeaky clean. And the vacuuming power is very very good. My carpets are tough to deal with even with a normal vacuum. But the Eufy picked up the smallest pieces. I was truly impressed.

After 1 use i live it already.the setup is as easy it could be. They only thing you have to do is add it to the wifi and Bluetooth. After that is done he will mapping your rooms keep all doors open. The cleaning is very good lift dog hair from carpet aswell. Very happy with it.

Great product, i live in a large 1 bedroom apartment with a heavy shedding cat. It does what it needs to do. Mapping takes a bit of fine tuning. Just let it map and do a few cleaning cycles, then fine tune the map or run a secondary mapping run with ALL obstacles removed (furniture/garbage bins/cat poles/etc). Just let it map without any obstacles. It vacuums well and mops amazing. My house is clean everyday. I have it on schedule, 4 times a week for vacuuming and 3 times vacuuming+ mopping. I got it at a great deal/discount, very happy and satisfied. Oh and for a 1 bedroom apartment, it barely consumes its battery. Check Just a Dad YouTube channel, he does a great review on it

This is a great robo vac. It has a lot of high-end features for the price. It struggles a little bit with thick carpets. But the mopping function works great. It has exceptional battery life. And the base station makes it very easy to maintain.
