This listing is for 1 eye patch. -Specially designed eye patch to fit over a pair of eyeglasses and to be used for the treatment of amblyopia, lazy eye or any other eye condition requiring patching. Important note: please be careful when selecting the side, you are buying the patch for the eye to be covered! (good eye) -A fun and reusable alternative to the adhesive patches. -Universal fit for kid’s and adult’s eyeglasses frames. The patch should be able to fit the lens of max 1-1/4" (32mm) (measured from top to bottom including the frame) of your glasses. Please let me know if you got larger size frames and I will make a bigger one for you. -These patches are lightweight, breathable and comfortable, soft and hypoallergenic. -Lined with soft black non woven material for maximum occlusion & comfort. -Opthamologist and Optometrist approved. -Intended for children 3 yrs - Adult. -Easy to apply and remove, now you can make patching a pleasure. How does it work? By covering up the good eye you are encouraging your child’s brain to use the lazy eye and the vision should improve. You are in fact stimulating the brain cells corresponding to the lazy eye, this then causes the brain cells to develop and hence the vision should improve. Patching is a very successful form of treatment, but it is only successful as your child will allow – if they will not wear their patch then the vision will not improve.
