I tried other whey based protein and would have occasional headaches. It's not uncommon. Started using Vega Essential and find it doesn't cause any gastric issues or headaches. Very short ingredient list is great to see compared to others. Personally like the Vanilla flavor. It mixes fine with water in a Shaker bottle. No, it doesn't taste like DQ blizzard. It's completely palatable for a daily supplement. I bought allot of it when it was marked down for an excellent price. Highly recommend!

Yo feliz con esta proteína. Me agradan los sabores veganos. Sin embargo hay quienes prefieren la proteína de suero de leche. Es tema de gustos y paladares.
