I have been a regular user of Oziva protein for over a year now. Never had any complaints. EXCEPT. THIS TIME I RECEIVED DUST OR SOMETHING WORSE IN THE BOX. MAKING MY THROAT DRY FOR DAYS AND ITS DEFINITELY MAKING ME SICK. IT SMELLS BAD TOO. I TRIED REACHING OUT TO AMAZON BUT THEY SAID YOU CALLED US AFTER 5 DAYS OF RETURN PERIOD SO WE CANT HELP YOU. This is a review because Amazon customer care and Oziva customer care are unable to help me. I have proof of calls. I probably will need to sue both companies for sending food product that's making a customer sick and having a support service that prevents customer to reach or seek help for it. I WRITE HERE TO PREVENT OTHER CUSTOMERS FROM FACING THIS HEALTH ISSUE DUE TO THEIR BAD PRODUCT.
