Needed to attach me shokz to the computer. This is needed. App is easy to navigate. Made the connection much better.

Decent Improvement in Range vs Standard Bluetooth Connection
Easy to setup and did increase range of the headset by a fair bit. I can now walk to the other side of my house (with several walls in between) and stay connected. Before when connecting using standard laptop Bluetooth it would drop at about 20 feet away. Note: while I can hear the audio fine at 30+ feet others have reported the mic (my talking) sounding robotic/degraded - so keep that in mind. Still a big improvement in range. The only issue I had was getting them initially connected due to already having my headset (OpenComm2) connected via Bluetooth. Just need to forget the device on my laptop before setting these up.

Perfect Companion
Great purchase! love that it works with my Shokz Openfit 2 really well. Easy to configure and easy for it to work with both laptop PC and my Google Pixel 9 Fold.

it works perfectly with Shoks headphones
I lost my old receiver, thus bought this.. I am loving this.. It connects with shokz headphone seemlessly. Thanks for this product., but bit pricy, but it works fine.

Good to be used with PC
If you want to use shocz earphones with PC, this is must, initially I connected directly to PC using Bluetooth and faced many issues(blue screen, and audio device issues etc..after using loop, it works without any issues. Happy with purchase but price is on the higher side.

Waste of time and money
No instructions, no assistance, and it doesn't pair with the shokz earbuds. Plugged it in and it turns off the wifi on my computer, with no explanation. Worthless.

Not for office phone use
I bought this item to connect my new office phone to my headset (Open Comm2). No instructions came with the dongle, once inserted it completely crashed my system and internet. Will be returning

Works great! Didn't work with my SHOKZ OpenComm 2 (which didn't come with a USB dongle) until I played with settings, but now it works great! Strongly recommend checking out SHOKZ OpenComm 2 UC that comes with the dongle and worked straight out of the box.
