Everything is as expected. Appears to the the same as what is purchased in store. No concerns that the product is not genuine

Suggestion, that you pack these bottles more securely. One leaked and had loss a third of its contents. The box barely made it in tact as it was soaked almost completely in the product (409 cleaning spray). Otherwise the remaining product is fine and is as expected.

Years ago I used 409 when there were only 2 or 3 choices and was always happy with it. Now the market is flooded with so my choices it makes your head spin. I have a gas stove with a black ceramic top and couldn't seem to get stuck on spills off with any of my 2 million products and was ready to pull my hair out. Spotted 409 on Amazon and figured I give it a try and it worked incredibly well. Better than any product I had and better than all the DIY's I'd come across. Glad I got 2 bottles too. I'm serious when I say that the burnt on spills came right up after a couple sprays. Try it!

It's 409 but the image is different than what you get. Nothing major as its still 409 and does its job. Only issue I had is one of them was cracked on arrival and empty. Seller was great with responding and getting another bottle to me in 24 hours.

Like the product. Can be used in kitchen and bathroom.

The listing said these included "smart tube technology". That is a spray bottle designed with the tube integrated into the body of the bottle. instead of attached to the head. I like this feature because it ensures more consistent spraying action, at a wider variety of angles, and makes it easier to use every last drop of cleaner in the bottle.Normally I buy refill bottles and refill my old bottle that I bought in 2018. However, recently the head has started to crack and I wanted a replacement, so I bought this two pack instead of my usual refill bottle.I guess I'll just have to hope the old bottle holds up long enough for me to find a replacement.

Love the cleaner but was not pleased with the packing and leaks when you use sprayet
