Length wise product is 12" But spring is only 10" Because How much the length of spring depends on strech. I need more length of spring. In pictures they have mentioned length in cms which is misguided me and I bought it. 38 cms means 15" But it is not. Please remove dual info about length from pictures. Other features are good.

Good. But not the best. Both Two springs have different alignment. Quality of the hand gripper also not good enough.
