Cute little cow. It's got two levels of volume which is great for those who don't like really loud toys, although with that being said, it's pretty quiet. The flashing lights might be too much especially when they hold it so close to their face. Bought it for my son who just turned 6 months old, it keeps him occupied for a bit. I think he might like it more when he's a little older.
