Love the product! As for the delivery well.... let's just say the should not report that they handed it off directly to someone when they shoved it in the mailbox.

One thing I’m disappointed about is that this particular watch didn’t come with the wooden box engraved with “Best Dad Ever” on it- two of the other “Dad” themed engraved watches are listed to come with it. Just didn’t make sense why this one doesn’t. The watch face is DARK. If you have poor eyesight- this isn’t the one for you. The strap is your basic faux leather strap. Not the greatest quality but good enough for its price!The woodface is beautiful and it comes in a lovely black box with a black pillow to cushion it.
