Size up! I am 5’6 and about 130 lbs i went with a size M and it fits really well! It’s a very warm jacket I love the soft inner lining. The hood is also nice and deep! I think it will be a jacket I can wear for many years!

So much to love about this coat: Lightweight, very warm, hood keeps the warmth in and the wind out, faux fur doesn't shed all over the place, good size pockets, great length, fleece lining.The sleeves have fleece cuffs which are okay but thumbholes would be been way better. That would have made the coat perfect.

Overall, I like this coat. I really took my time trying to find something sturdy and flattering. I struggle with rhenauld’s syndrome and fibromyalgia, so the cold season isn’t hard on my body. This coat is fairly comfortable on a small-framed person. Normally, I buy a size Small, as I am 5’1 and roughly 125-130 lbs. I had to send back the small, because I couldn’t get the zipper all the way up. The medium is perfect, though if you want lots of extra layers, go for the large. The armpit cut that everyone complains about is real. I wish they hadn’t made it this way. However, I’m small enough in the chest that it doesn’t bother me anymore. The coat dries fast when wet, stays dry inside, and is comfortable to wear. I’m obsessed with the pockets! The handwarming pockets are fairly comfortable, but the chest pockets, y’all. They are huge! I never carry a purse when wearing this coat. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.

I love how warm this coat is. I wear it without the hood but would put the hood back on if I was going to be outside for a long time. It fits well although it's not as flattering as my Patagonia but that coat was also not as warm. I love the soft velvety interior and the pockets inside the coat too.

I wanted to love this jacket but the zipper was broken at the bottom so I returned it.

I love this coat!! It’s a bit big because I had to size up (large) to have more room in the chest. It is warm. I bought it when we travel to Colorado to visit our children!! I purchased the light grey color with a hood. It’s a beautiful coat. My husband loves it on me!

Love how soft and comfortable this jacket is. The arms are a tad short, so if you have arms that are long, this may not be the coat for you. Also, it runs small. I can wear smalls comfortably but mediums are usually ok too, boght the medium based on others recommendations and it fights snug. Not too small but definitely a close fit.

I had this coat for one year. Zipper broke and it was no longer usable. It was a very expensive coat and very disappointing

This Mantel is very good looking! I bought it for my wife, she has M size, and it looks very well and slim! it doesn't look like any common and even more expensive mantels. We finally got what were looking for. Wife is happy so I am even more happy!)

very happy with the coat. I always suffer with the cold and this coat keeps me warm and cozy. Wish it was a bit longer, but being tall usually warrants shorter fits for me
