This is a product I recommend before or after your workouts. I get this whenever I leave the gym after my workouts at the protein drink store in the gym. I mix it with chocolate, peanut butter, chocolate chips and fresh fruits, no after taste and the results show.

I've ordered this product before with no problem. It had no taste and I would add it to smoothies and you didn't even know it was in there. This package is rancid the flavor is disgusting and taste like rat poison! There's something wrong with it and I just discovered I can't return it. Don't take any risk & stay away from this product!
