This stuff works to help you stay asleep, however I always feel groggy in the morning—so I use it seldomly.

This brand is my favorite melatonin. The extended release really does help to stay asleep through the night. I always wake up feeling rested , not groggy.

works within 30 minutes of taking. Sleep was deep. Personally, might just be me, but I was groggy for hours after getting up. The effects appeared to clear up about 12 hours after taking it.

Works pretty well
I think this product works pretty well. I have been having trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember. My mind has a very difficult time shutting down for the night. I wanted to try something other than Benadryl. I used the chewable melatonin gummies which worked well, but unfortunately they are no longer available. This product is easy to take. It states to take it 20 minutes before alwwp, but I don't think it kicks in for almost an hour. Foe the most part, I am able to fall into a more deep sleep. I still wake up for my typical bathroom break in the night, but the majority of times I am able to fall back asleep rather quickly. There are some off nights that I will still be awake for hours after waking, but that is less than usual. One big downfall is VERY crazy dreams! I could definitely do without those!
