I am impressed so far with these vitamins. They're very small, so they're easy to swallow.The bottle is also nice and doesn't take up much space. I haven't experienced any stomach issues with these, which is a plus. I'll know how effective they are once I get my yearly bloodwork done.

Like another reviewer, I was told by my doctor I needed a D3 supplement due to low levels as detected in a blood test. I found these online and started taking them and instantly felt a lot better. They're very small so they're easy to swallow, and you get a year's supply for a low price (assuming you only take one pill a day). I keep a bottle of this at work so I never forget to take my supplement. I haven't noticed any ill effects but I also have been using this less than a month so far. I don't have any reason not to recommend these so far; I was seriously lacking vitamin D and although I haven't had another blood test yet so I can't compare numbers there, I can definitely tell I feel a lot better and more energetic.

Nice tiny vegetarian pills
Love the size of these and that they aren’t made with animal products!My doc recommended me to take vitamin d supplements as I was deficient, and these are the perfect solution! Easy to take and seems to be effective so far

Great Product
We have been using these D3 tablets for months and we are happy with them. Most D3 (cholecalciferol) tablets are produced from the oil of sheep wool, which is not always easy for the body to digest. For many years, only D2 ergocalciferol, which was barely used by the body, and was the only plant source. Now we are able to get Vitamin D3 cholecalciferol that is plant source and is easier for the body to use. These tablets are also non-GMO. The "other" ingredients listed, could be improved, but for the price, we overlook that for now.
