I have always loved the effects of drinking Kava and felt with the bitter muddy water taste. When I saw this I was excited to try it. Kava Punch tastes really good, it’s like Hawaiian Punch but not as sweet, I noticed a little bit of the mouth numbing effects from the kava, and definitely felt more relaxed after consuming, but never really tasted the bitterness of the kava which was great! I will definitely be adding this to my rotation from now on!

I love that these kava packs are sugar free and gluten free. I sometimes have a fast heart rate at night after drinking during the day which interrupts my sleep. One pack after I sober calms my heart and gives me a great night of sleep.I am not someone who feels any kind of buzz or euphoria from kava but the calming effect is life changing. I didn't think it was doing anything at first so I tried two in one day. I still didn't feel anything until about the 5th time I'd tried it. I can't go back.I only wish they offered other flavors because this one tastes super sweet.

I have been an avid kava drinker for well over a year now. I've always kind of avoided instants in a pack like this, but decided to give this a try. For one, I really didn't get the tongue numbness, which is a sure sign that the kava and it's effects aren't going to be very strong. The taste, all three packs I tried had a stale kind of taste to them, making it not very pleasant. I tried one pack, waited 30 minutes felt nothing. I tried a second pack, after 20 to 30 minutes, felt a slight barest hint of something. Then I did a third pack and was still only feeling a slight bare hint of anything. Seasoned kava users, you probably won't get much from this stuff.
