My kids used to take the gummy 'night time' vitamins, but after there dentist recommended getting away from gummies,, I had trouble finding a good tasting and effective product. I ordered these hoping they would work, and I am so pleaded with the product! . My kids enjoy the taste and they are calm and ready for a restful evening within 15 min. Of giving this to them. It has been a lifesaver for their teeth and bedtime routine. We do not go a night without!

I have so much trouble falling asleep. These work so well. I love that there are different strengths. Some days I need a little more than 3mg and I can take a 1 mg. The taste is nice. We started using these when my kids were little since they both had trouble sleeping. I loved that I could give them the least amount with 1 mg. My son still uses them and I use them every night. Best product and a total lifesaver

We're addressing some root causes for sleep issues in our family, but in the meantime we are using this product to help us fall into sleep at night. I like the strength/dosing of this - it's easy to half or double/triple the dosage if we need, too. (Melatonin can be a helpful brain antioxidant which can be helpful if you are recovering from mold exposure or other neurological toxins).

My pediatrician recommended these specific tablets to us for my severely autistic daughter who struggles to stay asleep. He said that he regularly takes 2 as an adult when needed, and that was enough for me. We started with 1mg, after a year now we’ve bumped up our dosing and also added magnesium to the mix. These are the best all around in our opinion. They taste great to chew and are the "cleanest" when it comes to helping us doze off into a good night's sleep. We gave tried many other brands but always go back to this brand. No reason to try anything else at this point. We give one or two to our 12 and 14 year old boys when they're struggling to sleep on school nights and they really help them as well. You will not be disappointed in this product!
