EZVIZ Smart Lock Y2000, 7-in-1 Smart Door Lock, Built-in Wifi Fingerprint Access, Weather-Resistant, Child Safety Lock for Apartment, Villa, Office (Black-Gre, 6068 Mortise)

Its the best thing I've purchased on Amazon!!! The team is amazing, they are super helpful and do a very quick installation. I have had this lock on my door for almost a year, with no problems. Highly recommend this!

I have been using it around 5 months, it is very useful and working well. The installation company was also good they just came and installed in 30minutes. I like its remote access functionality that I can define anyone a temporary access, also finger print, password functions are working great. It has a smart home app I can see who entered when from the app and I can manage accesses remotely. Not carrying any keys is the best part I definitely recommend…

The door lock is exactly as advertised and registers and recognizes fingerprints very well without any delays. The battery life seems also be as advertised. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and speed of the installation by Jin’s team. He took his time to explain to me how to use the app, keys and other features as well. One thing I am yet to figure to is find the list of users registered for the lock in the app. Am not sure why it shows a blank screen in the list of users.

Not a standard 6068 mortise it doesn’t fit if you have the 6068 mortise already installed and the one from the box is not standard as well will not fit same holes you already have. Only for a new clean installation if you have a lock already it won’t fit. Review update Unfortunately the lock became worse with updates now it’s required to use 8digit passwords instead of previously 6digit which was already too much. If you’re planning to use it for Airbnb step aside, people are complaining for the length of these passwords and thers nothing we can do, we have to replace it now.

Works perfectly, nobody needs to carry any keys any more.

Good quality. Many options to unlock

2 months review: Great product, great service team who flawlessly installed the device and provided tutorial and they were very supportive even before purchasing the product and provided as many details as required to purchase it.

Installing can be tricky due to the lack of detailed instructions in the manual and video tutorial. If you're attempting it yourself, you need to be confident in your skills and have all the right tools; otherwise, I strongly recommend hiring a professional. The lock mortise is thicker than usual, so expect some mess during installation, and the door won't be quite the same afterward. The build quality is excellent, and all necessary accessories are included. The Ezviz app is very streamlined and user-friendly. The lock offers every possible unlocking method, making it very convenient. Amazon delivery was just okay, it took three days, and the delivery guy was overly chatty. Final note: research prices carefully, as Amazon refused to adjust the price after I discovered a 1000 EGP difference. Since I was tight on schedule, I went ahead and caved.
