As a back sleeper, I’ve had a fantastic experience with this product. It provides just the right amount of support for my neck, and I've noticed a major improvement in my neck pain since I started using it. Very comfortable and well made!

This pillow is better than I expected. Because of my job, my neck often feels uncomfortable and sore, especially after a long day. I have been using this pillow for a few days and I can already feel a difference. My neck feels much better when I wake up in the morning, and I don’t feel as tired or uncomfortable as before. I also feel like I sleep better and wake up with more energy. The pillow gives my neck good support and is comfortable to sleep on. So far, I’m really happy with it.

Almost 5 Month edit: I wanted to come here and add some more information to my review. I am dropping it down a star. I bought this pillow August 23, 2025. It has already broken down to the point where I am again waking up with neck and shoulder pain. I am really disappointed as it was such a wonderful pillow in the beginning. I had really high hopes for this one. I am going to try another one just to see if this one is fluke or if it is normal. I know they say to replace your pillow every 1-2 years but what if it doesn't even last six months? So far I am giving to give this a 5 star. I was pretty skeptical about buying this as you have to take most reviews with a grain of salt anymore. I first saw the on Facebook and actually watched the ad (which I don't normally do) because they were talking about migraines, which I have chronic ones. I have been sleeping on an Eli&Elm pillow for way to long but couldn't afford to replace it. It has been time to replace my pillow for a couple of years. So I started researching this. The reviews are kind of all over the place so here is mine. Take it as you will this is just one night experience. I received my pillow burrito the next day after ordering it and it fluffed right up. I ordered the black one after reading a couple of comments that the black one was little softer than the other two. I have to say there is a learning curve on how to sleep in this pillow. I usually sleep on my side with my arm under my pillow with my hand sticking out of the top. The cut outs on the side that are supposed to be for your hands/arms are pretty awkward. But I was able to figure out how to get my arm under the pillow. Sleeping on my side, it felt like I was just sleeping on just the raised front edge of the pillow, which didn't sit right in my brain but, honestly, did wonders for my neck. I woke up with zero neck pain this morning. My shoulders are a little stiff this morning but I think it is user error and I just need to figure it out a little better. I did roll over onto my back last night a couple of times and the divot in the middle is actually wonderful. You don't feel the button in the middle of the pillow (Oh that is a snap. There is a button on each side. They just snap together to form that wonderful divot)No pain in my neck or back of my head. Hopefully this pillow will last a while, but at this price I can actually afford to replace when it wears out. So as I said, this gets a 5 star for now. If things change or gets worse I will update.

This product is nice quality. Unfortunately it is sized for men. I sleep on my side, and my neck isn't long enough for it. And it pushes my head up too high because my shoulders aren't wide enough. I'm 5'4", a normal-sized woman. It would be great if you could order this in different sizes.

At 82, l am a normal elderly person, when sleep becomes a priority, along with comfort, little or no pain, and stress is controlled. I bought this pillow nearly two weeks ago, assuming l had fallen for another ad. Since that first night of sleep, l have slept without getting up to go to the bathroom only once--or NONE--per night. A miracle! I am sleeping without getting a stuffy nose (lack of incline? I have no idea.) I'm waking around 7, ready to get up instead of wanting more sleep. My neck isn't hurting and my shoulders are feeling better. It has already paid for itself! Thank you to the company!

Did not like feel of material

Probably going to return. Back, meh feels like my head is pushed up, an abnormal amount. Side, feels like you're going to suffocate, my face keeps pushing into the pillow, my nose, cheek, mouth get tight/sore. You need to sleep on your side, almost on your back. This feels like the consumer should have a longer neck for this to work. From the center to the bottom doesn't LOOK long, however, for me, my face "rested" in the center and the bottom of the pillow went to my chest area. Wasn't comfortable and woke up in pain every day of use is all I'm saying

I was not sure if this funny looking pillow would suit me. It is incredibly comfortable. Based on my Apple Watch sleep numbers my sleep cycles are statistically essentially unchanged; however, I have much less back and neck discomfort. We went out of town last weekend and it was a relief to get back to my Cloudfaser Pillow. I do not foresee going back to traditional pillows. It did not miraculously cure snoring or sleep apnea, but it is still a great pillow.

No es como en la foto, esta super dura y mucho mas plana e incomoda, me dolio mas el cuello al usarla, no lo recomiendo

If you like a firm supportive pillow with room for your ear & arm - as a side sleeper - it’s great!

Far to thin to support side sleeping, cant really be used in the position suggest.. not happy

My wife needs a longer period of time to form an opinion.
