i love this
it’s thick and hydrating, cheap and lasts a long time. My hair can get quite dry and it’s super long, these bottles last me a while

Works great for swimmers
My kids use this after swimming, have tried anti chlorine shampoos but this seems to work best to keep hair soft and not drying out. We use it with the same type of shampoo.
