Thank you!As much as I LOVE this drone I will sadly have to leave this feedback. We used in for weeks and loved every second of it. The app is easy to use and the drone follows you and has so many cool features. I bought this drone because of the collision detection and I just retuned from Costa Rica and Mexico and was hoping for some stunning aerial shots.What ended up happening was we started our very first drone shot series and turned on the drone and set it to follow mode. It followed my wife down a dock that had small wooden poles sticking up from the sides, as dachshund peers usually do so that they can float or fall as the tide comes in or out. She was lightly jogging down this pier and with the drone filling and facing forward directly, slammed into one of these poles and dropped into the ocean. I immediately took it out and used distilled water to read, submerge it, and then took it out and had a fan on it for two days. It gave me hope because it would tell me the battery percentage of whatever battery I put in and then start to load the software, but it never completely finished loading and it didn’t work for the entire trip.So I thought that this company was reputable and would answer my questions or give me some kind of feedback regarding the warranty or some way to ship it to them to get fixed or whatever the case might be. I sent multiple emails from Mexico and Costa Rica with no reply. I got back to the states and called them. It goes straight to voicemail and you are asked to leave your information which I have and again they will not reach out to me.To add insult to injury, I was bragging up this drone so much that two of my friends even bought them and after hearing what happened, one of them returned his to Amazon within the return window. It’s too bad because I assumed it was a great product, but the way that this company has been treating me just trying to get some answers from them has been really unprofessional and unethical. I feel. So buyer beware!

It's a foldable drone, which is super smart. I can just fold it up really small, and it fits right into my backpack. This means I can take it anywhere, or even when we go on family trips. It’s not bulky at all, which is a huge plus because nobody wants to carry around a giant box.The 4K camera is just incredible. The videos and pictures it takes are SO clear and sharp. It's like something you'd see in a movie! And with SmoothCapture 2.0, all my videos are super steady, not shaky at all. Even when the drone is moving fast, the footage looks like a pro filmed it. It’s amazing to watch back the awesome shots.The best part is the OmniTerrain feature, which means it can "Fly Anywhere." It seems to know how to handle different kinds of ground or even fly over trees and hills without crashing. It just flies smoothly no matter where I'm trying to use it. That gives me a lot of confidence when I'm flying it over different spots in my neighborhood.

I was tempted to give it a 4, but saw no reason to do so. The HoverAir Pro works nicely for using on my bike rides. I’m going to use it kayaking this weekend. The customer service is great. I had a 5 minute video that was not showing up on the app as a file ready to download. I contacted their customer service and we had several exchanges…once a day. They were good about remaining in contact. Because of the size of the file, I had to plug it into my laptop and download the video that way.

El Dron es súper divertido y de gran calidad, el único inconveniente es que si tienes un Google Pixel no lo podrás enlazar vía wifi, estuve dos días tratando de descargar los archivos y conectar el dron con mi pixel y me decía que la red no estaba disponible; descargue la aplicación en un Motorola g8 power y como por arte de magia todo se conectó perfecto.
