I love this item and have bought many times.

I haven't had Fruit by the Foot since it was new. I mean that literally. It was introduced in 1991, and that was around the last time I had it. My parents never bought it, but my grandmother had it a few times. I remember thinking it was amazing as a little kid. I don't even think I cared how it tasted. It was just weird and different. Kids like things that are weird.This tastes like lemonade. There's hardly any watermelon flavor in there at all. It's not super sour, but it is a bit tart. If you like sour patch kids or something like them, you'll like this just fine.I did eat one, because I'm the reviewer and therefore I get to eat whatever comes in. However, the other 5 went to my 5 kids. My little ones absolutely loved it in the same way I did 34 years ago. They all said it was tart and none of them thought it tasted anything like watermelon though. If this were just lemonade flavored, I'd be giving it 5 stars. The fact that one of the main flavors seems to be missing is why it's missing a star.

Great snack

I grew up eating these candies, and I'm happy to say that I enjoy them as much I did as a child!You get six packs in one box, and each one gives you a footlong of the distinctly chewy candy. It features two flavors on the length of the tape, which is great since it offers you two flavors for the price of one! The flavor of the watermelon is refreshing, and the lemonade makes it so tantalizing! Together they form a distinctly sweet flavor that is irresistible! Not to mention, it is a lot of fun just to unroll the length and having fun with it as you eat!Definitely a great candy. It has a lovely flavor and texture that is sure to be a hit with everyone!

I decided to try these fruit snacks because I was in the mood for something sweet and fruity. When I opened the package, the watermelon and lemonade aroma hit me right away. The taste was really enjoyable, and I loved how the flavors blended together—it was refreshing and made for a nice treat during the afternoon. They are easy to grab and take with you wherever you go, which is a big plus.On the downside, I found that they can be a bit sticky, which can make them a hassle if you're trying to eat them on the go. Also, the texture is a little too chewy for my liking, and sometimes sticks to my teeth. So while I enjoy them, I do think they could be improved in those areas.Pros:- Great flavor mix of watermelon and lemonade.- Convenient and portable.- Refreshing treat for any time of day.Cons:- Can be sticky and messy.- Chewy texture that sticks to teeth.

Very sweet /sour flavor, there are 6 individually wrapped rolls, mine expire 11/02/2025. The flavors, watermelon and lemonade I think do go together well! They are very easy to unwrap and pull into bite-sized pieces and when you put them in your mouth them, they melt! I like sweet and sour candies, these are more on the sour side. On my roll, you can see there is more lemonade strip them watermelon strip which might account for the more sour flavor in mine. They would be great in lunch boxes and as snacks. For me, they are just too much on the sour side.I love the packaging and how easy they are to eat and take off the roll. Very convenient, just not too sour for my taste.

I love the flavor of this. Im actually glad it only had one flavor because I went through it quick. The pricing is pretty decent too. Such a nostalgic piece of candy. I would highly recommend
