A very impressive simple drone, my first. Best fun from a piece of tech that I've had in years. Batteries last about 8 minutes [ came with 2 and a twin charger] and I have since bought another spare. Well built, fits in a pocket when folded. Lots of instruction videos online. Great Value.

So easy to get initial shots - and a certain amount of control over 'preset' parameters is possible. I have started t experiment with custom flights - I would prefer it if every shot was NOT a selfie! Also it is frustrating that it has a very slow charger - obviously it is very particular about which electrons it allows to enter the battery, but from minimum to maximum it takes over 3 hours - and, if using the trin charger, charges one battery first, then moves on to the second one!. Just so frustrating. If you're concerned about potentially damaging the HoverAir X1 in your pocket or if packing for a trip, you will be delighted to know it exactly fits a standard 3.5-inch drive case! - Problem solved for a few extra pounds. Overall - Do I like it? - YES. - Do I love it? - Not sure yet. - Can it get better? - I'm sure it can - and hopefully will be in the firmware updates soon! - Would I swap it fo a refund? - NO

This is a great flaying camera , I've had so much fun with it on my dog walks and getting creative . It's super light fits in your pocket , it can operate several modes from the drone itself so you can have hands free to be featured in it or you can use the app on your phone as a remote controller. Cons. It doesn't fly over water, temperamental to wind. I lost my last one it just took off with the wind it was mad but I am questioning whether it malfunctioned because normally if it detects wind it just lands 🤷🏼 so I am a bit nervous of that now. On the app it teaches you how to fly it and with each fly mode you complete it's unlocks other features . Other than that for personal use , walking , running cycling it's so cool. But there's a max running time and the batteries don't last two long so I recommend getting another pack. There's the promax version which is double the price but that looks great also. You do need a license for it which costs about £12 a year and it's about a half hour test online

Solid quality stuff. The stuff you need that you never know until you try out. Camera quality is good, went hiking and it covered a very decent range. So good for the price

Value for money, very safe for anyone to use, and very portable. Functional, the camera quality varies on different settings. It's ideal for a photographer who wants to photograph their solo travels. The battery life lasts at least 11 minutes, so I would recommend getting a second battery.

Had this awhile now it’s brilliant great for my running vids. You have to learn how to use it to unlock different ways of using it which is good just wish connecting it to your phone was a little quicker especially when out and wanting to do a manual control.

It’s expensive. It’s light, it’s small. It looks like a toy but it is incredible. It’s not a Drone that needs you to master a great deal. It’s pre programmed to do a fair amount and that’s the beauty of it. Very quickly you see how easy it is to use and the effects are amazing but what blew my mind was that if you talk into your phone’s mic while it’s flying (and you’re connected to it) the AI gets rid of the buzzing noise to give clear commentary. A couple of cons, it could easily be grabbed by someone if you’re using this in a very populated area and they could run off with it. It does have limitations like about 10 mins flying time on one battery. If it’s too windy it won’t fly or will just land without returning to you. Don’t fly it over water, it will end in tears. Notwithstanding those Cons I think it’s bloody marvellous and already I’ve taken some exciting & interesting selfies that you wouldn’t get either by holding it or sticking my phone on a pole. If you can afford it, buy it. I thoroughly recommend this.

Produkt ist super klein, passt in Hosentaschen beim Hiking oder Fahradfahren. In ca. 10 Sekunden (hat ein wenig Bootzeit) ist die Drone flugbereit, und die 6 Standardflugmodi sind in meisten Fällen mehr als genug um schnell eine super Aufnahme zu erzeugen. Diese kann man dann (via Handy app und wifi auf der Drohne) aufs Handy runterladen. Man kann die Drohne auch via Handy / Manual mode steuern, dann sieht man am Handy die Kamera im Livebild, und kann alle Richtungen individuell steuern (vor/zurück, hoch/runter, links/rechts, links drehen/rechts drehen, Kamera hoch/runterkippen). Allerdings ist in diesem Modus der Akku schnell leer. Der Wifistream und die Fernbedienung verbrauchen ganz schön viel Akku. (max. 8-10 Minuten in diesem Modus, wobei gute 15Min. wären im Follow-me Modus wo einem die Drohne hinterläuft).

Dejó de funcionar pero me han devuelto el importe íntegro , volveré a comprar otro ya que la verdad que la calidad de imagen es buena y es muy cómodo de utilizar, aunque lo único que me gustaría es que tuviera más capacidad cada batería para que pudiera volar más tiempo, pero yo compré una batería portátil para recargar mientras una estaba utilizándose la otra se cargaba. Lo recomiendo, espero que el próximo me funcione correctamente.

Product Review for Amazon- HoverAir x1 white. I am a new travel blogger and content creator. I am looking for a device that allows me to take drone-like images/videos, hand-free selfies, and fancy cinematic shots without using a DLSR Camera or a powerful lens. I wasn’t sure about owning a drone as it is expensive and requires learning time. So, I opted for HoverAir x1 as my entry-level - flying selfie camera/drone. I have been using it for more than a month. Here is my feedback. What I love about this product: It is small and light. It can fit into the pocket of my yoga pants, the side of my backpack, and even my Chanel handbag. The learning curve is not steep. You can get the concept after a few trials. I like that it has a Storage Management system to keep all the shots I took; it allows me to view them before downloading them to my phone. The Flight Mode fulfills most of my needs as a new travel blogger and digital content creator. There is Hover, which allows the device to hover while I am doing something like tying my shoelace, Zoom Out, which is great for establishing shots and also for group photos, Orbit, Bird’s Eye, Dolly, and more. They are enough to keep me busy and put together an excellent 30-second video on Instagram. What is just ok about this product Microphone … it is ok. I tried using my microphone … but it didn’t sound great. So I use voice over mic via 3rd party app to edit my footage. Aerial View … I was hoping it could capture more surface, but then I realized it could fly up to 50 feet high. Battery … It needs a recharge after about ten takes when I use the camera for both taking footage and viewing what I took. I could have taken more if I hadn’t viewed the shots I took. Because this camera is light, it doesn’t do so well on windy days. It doesn't have the sensor system like a typical drone, so you can fly this in less crowded places and when the area is clear from cables, branhes, bushes etc. What can be bothersome about this product `1. It is noisy and loud. Not too lound but loud enough when I am out at 5 am to take shots or in a quiet area. Despite my complaints, I’ve gotten used to this flying camera and love it. It is not a perfect drone-like camera, but it is perfect enough for me to get footage to put on social media. It is definitely not for professionals who need a robust drone camera, but it is suitable for beginners as well as DIY digital content creators who do not want to spend a dime on cameras and drones for their social posts. Should you get it? I say yes if you are happy to be a non-professional videographer like I am.

Le funzioni smart, come i percorsi di volo programmati e il follow‑me, sono precise e divertenti, permettendo riprese dinamiche senza pilotaggio manuale. La qualità video HDR è notevole per un dronino così compatto, con immagini chiare e colori ben bilanciati.
