The product is very good. Durable and strong. I used it for my grand father and elders, very easy to use and install. The service is also very good. Some parts were missing from the product which upon reporting get dispatched from the service provider within 24hrs.

Low-Quality Product with Slow Customer Support
extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and customer service. The cycle belt repeatedly comes off and needs frequent refitting, which indicates poor build quality. What’s more frustrating is that the service technician charges for every visit just to refit the belt. Customer support is equally disappointing—they do not answer calls and take 2–3 days to respond to queries. Overall, the belt appears to be of substandard quality and requires constant maintenance. I would not recommend this product.

Not expected and very third quality
Product fit dimensions are not correct and even provided nuts, bolts to assemble are not perfect During excercise produce noise level other than the moving belt, which make you think cycle just screwing off No value for money and imperfect third quality cycle
