This lemon powder is wonderful. The powder is very fine and tastes exactly like fresh lemon. It's very sour, so use sparingly (less than you will think you need), taste and add more if needed. I expect this package to last years so I refrigerate it.

Decent product and consistent. The slices are uniform and not broken pieces like I’ve had in other products. Quite crunchy. I’ve had tastier products in the past but for the price, this is good value.

I originally purchased this for my emergency food pantry. Then one day I ran out of lemon juice and decided to open the bag to see how good it really was. We love using this for adding to our tea. It tastes like the real thing (it’s dehydrated real lemon juice). It’s also always good and never spoils like the kind you have to refrigerate. It doesn’t take up room in my fridge as well.
