Lo compré una vez y me duró como dos años, por ello volví a comprar el mismo (mismo proveedor tambien), y ya no sirvió… El mismo fallo ambos destiladores: hierve el agua y se chorrea por los lados, y no la lanza al vaso de colecta de agua destilada.

No quality control. Defect right out of the box. The reset button is stuck. I tried to pop it out, but it's not possible. I though maybe it can still work. Started the distiller. It ran its cycle. Once the water was all gone, unfortunately, the distiller would just restart being the reset prompt because of the indented button. Seller didn't want to do repairs. Amazon service helped, sending it back and will be considering a different brand.

works as described. our water is very hard and this has helped the lifetime of our coffee maker!! A wonderful addition to our home

I bought this distiller and it comes with charcoal filters, which is great, but I’m looking to buy more of that brand that comes with the distiller. I’ve tried buying green piece cleaner charcoal, and it’s not purifying the water as much as the charcoal packs that come with this.
