This pillow was bought for my father who has suffered from sleep apnea for some years now. He has had various different styles of masks, and although not the most natural way to sleep, with a mask and tube attached to your face (my nephew when he was little use to say "grandads got a noo noo (the Hoover from tellytubbies) on his face". It was a case of having to put up with it for his health. Just lately he has been having trouble sleeping. So I got this pillow. It arrived promptly and that night he gave it a try. The next morning he said it was absolutely magic. The best sleep he has had in years. The memory foam is soft but firm enough to support your head. The cut out corners allow the hose to fit in giving some room to move during the night but not to infringe on the mask so no air leaks. All in all a really good well thought out and made pillow for CPAP users. There is a slight smell from the memory foam (outgassing). But nothing major and my father said he couldn't smell it when his mask was attached. It's only been a few nights of use but so far my father is highly rating this pillow and wished he'd got one years ago. It really has made a difference, and does exactly as listed on the item pictures Recommended.

Purchased as I use a CPAP machine with nasal mask and have issues with finding a comfortable and leak free sleeping position. Review suggested this would be a helpful item and after five nights of much improved sleep i agree. the shape looks odd but it really work as the depressions in the foam allow the mask and tubing to sit comfortably without pushing into my face which I find causes leaks. I took out the additional foam pad as this made the pillow too high for me and put it in a regular pillow case as well. Only slight criticism is that with the higher foam pad removed there is some bagginess of the supplied cover which is a little annoying although the fabric is soft so not causing any issues. I could I suppose remove the supplied cover and just use a pillow case. overall a good purchase. a little pricey but worth it as I have had the most relaxed nights sleeps since starting CPAP in July.

If you are a side sleeper this is pretty good... The cutaways definitely help with the face mask. But as I like to sleep on my back a lot of the time, I find it too thick. It either forces my neck into a painful position... If I move it down a bit and put my shoulders on the edge, while the neck position is better, I feel my neck isn't supported; I also find I get pain in the space between where my shoulders are on the pillow, and my back is on the mattress.

I have bought so many pillows over the years trying to find something comfortable with my mask... now I realise what a waste of money. THIS is THE pillow....so comfortable, great nights sleep, no neck ache, no fighting with mask, no hanging over the edge of an ordinary pillow trying to avoid creased on your face in the morning. I didnt even have to 'get used' to it - it was a dream straight away. If you use a CPAP machine and are a side sleeper - try it ...I don't think you will be sorry. It has a pillowcase on it ....but it is weird looking obviously as shaped to pillow - very comfy and you can remove and wash ....they do sell a pillowcase but its exactly the same as one it comes with and quite pricey.....still considering if I need a 'spare' case. This pillow has changed my sleep pattern for the better , using my cpap mask was very irritating and quite uncomfortable and I never had a good nights sleep really. This has two different heights ,one on either side so you can make yourself more comfortable depending on you're body shape and four cut always to the corners for the mask and more importantly the air pipe somewhere to go rather than try to push itself away rom you're face. You will never please everyone but using this product really has given me a better nights sleep , feeling more fresh and up and at it rather than lay in bed knowing that I just don't feel good and need sleep. As you are made more comfortable all those annoying air leaks and mask movement which wake you although not gone entirely are I find a good 90% better. This product is working for me and maybe could give someone else the same benefits if feel I'm getting.

I use ResMed F30i CPAP mask. I was VERY disappointed with this pillow, I was so looking forward to a comfortable night's sleep. The material is nice and soft and the cut outs work, good concept but the pillow offers me no support and feels nothing like memory foam to me. I started getting terrible neck pain but persevered for over 2 weeks hoping I just needed to adjust to a new pillow (pre OSA I used a quality brand TEMPUR memory foam pillow). This pillow is lumpy, not high enough for me (the insert doesn't fit properly) and so soft I can literally scrunch up the pillow with one hand, nothing like memory foam pillows I'm used to, you would not be able to scrunch up! I'm gutted as this was £70 and a complete waste of money for me!! If you like soft, no support pillows, this is one for you!

Over the twenty one years that I have used Cpap I have tried many special design Cpap pillows and for the most part they have been Ok but with almost as many drawbacks as advantages. This is the first pillow that exactly fits my needs . On one edge the pillow is soft with medium thickness and gentler cutouts and on the other edge it is thicker and firmer so it lifts my head into a comfortable position for sleeping on my side. I love this pillow and it is improving the quality of sleep and the amount of sleep I get which no other pillow has done. Also you can get spare covers that fit properly

Bought this for my husband. He seems to like it, and it seems to work well. The length & width are the same as a normal sized pillow, but half the thickness. (It would want to work for the price we paid, along with the almost $100 delivery fee, as it is only available for purchase from the USA.)

Hello Amazon World, This is the first review I have ever written for something I bought off of Amazon. Like a lot of folks looking at this pillow, I was at my wits end. I had been sleep deprived for a long time, got diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and looked toward my CPAP machine as the thing that was going to turn my life around all to discover it would not be an instant fix but a series of macro and micro adjustments on the path towards better sleep and health. My pillow situation was a macro adjustment. I have always side slept propped up with a mountain of pillows and a neck bone pillow (loved that thing fiercely) but that set up was not going to work with the mask. I fiddled with the pillows I owned, bought others at Costco and Target and then went searching online to see what solutions other folks found and found this EnduriMed CPAP pillow--which has exceeded all expectations. The minute I laid down on the pillow with my mask on I knew it was victory!! I really struggled to spend so much on one pillow, but remembered another reviewer who said just buy the dang thing and they were right! This pillow really works for me as a side sleeper. I use a Resmed AirFit P30i nasal pillow air mask and I am able to side sleep very comfortably with an acceptable amount of mask movement. The longer I use the pillow, the less I seem to disturb the mask while I sleep and move around. This product gets a whopping and well deserved 5 stars from me. I am two weeks in with using the EnduriMed CPAP pillow and I think it might be the best pillow I have ever owned--period. Now onto those micro adjustments ....
