Beats holding ice packs or frozen peas in place!
This are great for cooling therapy. I keep them in the freezer and if my plantar fasciitis or ankle are sore, I’ll use them and they really help. You need to wear a thin sock under ear so the skin isn’t harmed. These stay snug around the ankle and foot so you get complete coverage and cooling without needing to hold an ice pack or something. It’s soft and comfortable on the bones, since it is gel-filled neoprene. They provide about 15-20min of cooling. I wear a 7.5-8.5 shoe - the S/M is a bit snug. So if you are usually 8+, you may want to size up.

Great for dancers and martial arts!
My son does martial arts and my daughter does dance, they both seem to roll or sprain an ankle every once in a while. These have been the best for swelling and pain! They fit great, and yes they are cold but never excessively cold that their toes are freezing! These work the best to get the whole ankle best investment!

Comfortable and perfect temp!

This works! Buy it!
Just the product I need for my swollen ankles and feet. It gets "ice bath" cold and can be a little uncomfortable at first on bare skin but a pair of socks fix that if needed. I have a condition which cause my tendons and ligaments to laxate causing my ankles to not attach to my feet properly. It is very painful and this helps with swelling and pain.

Perfect Ankle Ice Pack!
This is the “Perfect” Ice pack for ankle issues. This fits snug and surrounds the entire ankle area. It’s better than anything else we’ve used.

Comfortable and soft
Super soft and comfortable, my only complaint is the same as many others, I know technically your only supposed to ice things for 20 mins anyways but if this thing held the cold for longer I’d give it 5 stars. Even an hour would be better than the 15-20 mins it stays cold. I would still buy it again though so if you’re on the fence just do what I did and buy the 2 pack.

Helps my teen swimmer with joint pain
Perfect for my competitive swimmer who regularly has achy ankle and elbow joints. Doesn't stay cold for super long, but that's fine. Twenty minutes on, then 20 back in the freezer is perfect
