TAZO Decaf Chai Latte, Black Tea Concentrate, Easy-to-Serve Chai Tea for Everyday Lattes, Hot or Iced Tea and Mocktails, 32 oz Tea Mix Carton

I really love this Tazo Decaf Chai Tea Latte concentrate. I prefer it a little less strong than directions, so I just add as much of the concentrate as I want to my milk. It's yummy and wonderful for relaxing. Since it's decaf, I can drink it any time of day. I like it hot, warm, or fresh from the refrigerator. (The tea does not need refrigeration until after you open it.) The price I paid on line (Nov. 2026) is better than I can get locally. The problem is that it did not ship well. I ordered six boxes and all were damaged, though surprisingly, none leaked. I used the most damaged box first and, after I opened it which breaks the inside seal, the pouring spout did leak -- every time I shook the container or tried to pour. Hopefully that won't happen with the rest of the boxes, but it wouldn't surprise me. So it's a great product, but doesn't ship well. The six boxes of liquid with other lighter items in the box made the box heavy and off balance and was a little unexpected when I lifted it from the porch. I almost dropped it, but didn't. Perhaps somewhere in the shipping process, that happened to someone else who did drop it, hard. Next time, I'll only order two or three at a time and hopefully it will arrive safely. Minus the shipping issue, I would highly recommend this product to anyone who loves a good chai tea latte, so five stars for the product,

A little sweet but delicious. I have it with almond milk to cut the calories. I have it in the morning if I don’t want caffeine and at night as a bedtime treat. I don’t like the fact you have to use it 7 days within opening it. I tend not to drink it that fast but it is nice to have in the cupboards. Especially considering it is caffeine free. The quality is great for the money. And it can be drank on ice or hot. I like the simplicity of it. And I like it better than the chia tea bags.

Great taste and the only chai tea that I like. I try to make it with my own tea leaves, but the quality and intensity of the taste just isn't the same. The plus is that it's easy to use. I can heat it up with my protein drink, and it makes a perfect warm chai latte packed with nutrients. It gives me cozy, relaxing vibes every time with the warm spices. It is a little sweeter than I would like for macros' sake, but it's a good flavor, and if I weren't tracking calories or carbs (sugar content), it'd be perfect. Overall, my go-to!

The product itself is fantastic. I love this decaf chai concentrate. Great flavor, easy to mix. The only reason this is four stars instead of five is that it was packaged poorly and the carton got knocked around in shipping. It didn't rupture, thankfully, but it was a near thing. That said, if you like chai and want something without caffeine, the Tazo decaf chai is a great choice!

I love this tea. A big fan of the quality of the TAZO products. I don’t taste the difference between the caffeinated and decaf versions. I mix mine with milk and warm it up, but it tastes great cold too. It is sweet, so I don’t add sugar.

Tastes just like the regular caffeinated Chai Latte! Wish it came in light for less calories but I love TAZA. It's the same brand that Starbucks uses.

I like the flavor of the tea and because it's decaf I can drink a cup at night and it doesn't interfere with my sleep.

This isn’t a spicy chai to me. It too sweet.
