Works as expected and cuts large vinyl tiles clean and with ease.
I used this on 18.5 x 37 inch vinyl tiles. Cuts nice and clean with almost no mess. Only complaint is that it is fairly lightweight and you have to hold the cutter down with your foot when you are cutting large tiles or planks but still a great value.

Bulky but it needs to be.
Little pricey at first but once it arrived, I understood why. This product used high grade billet aluminum framing with lever with ease of operation. If you were to purchase one, this is the one to buy, trust me, Great quality.

My husband and I installed our 20 inch luxury vinyl “slate” tile ourselves with this cutter. I love it! Very happy with the quality. 0 issues and easy cuts.

Okay for Vinyl Flooring but Cement Board and Engineered Materials are a Challenge
I ordered the multi-floor cutter to use with a recent flooring project. My project is using a waterproof, engineered laminate flooring that locks together and is installed over a floating-floor membrane.I like that the fence easily can be repositioned for cutting angled patterns even though I don’t plan to use that feature at this time. The long handle helps deliver sufficient force for making the cuts, but it does require some effort that may prove challenging for some. Regarding the cutter, yes, it works, but is the cut as clean as a miter saw with a blade that is matched to the material? Of course not, but you wouldn’t expect it to be. Since ALL cut ends will be placed along the wall and the edges will not be seen since shoe or baseboard molding will cover the ends. With the flooring ends hidden, the less than perfect cuts are not an issue. Compared to setting up a miter saw, the multi-floor cutter is much quicker and lighter. Using the cutter is much quieter and best of all, almost dust free, a huge benefit which lessens clean-up time.I disagree with the product claims that this cutter is suitable for many materials. Vinyl tile and other, softer materials are the best option. Yes, my laminate flooring could be cut with this tool, but a miter saw would be better and probably faster, and less fatiguing, in my opinion. Cement board? I seriously doubt it and if you do, you better have several spare blades ready. And speaking of the blade, there needs to be a better option for protecting the sharp edge than the plastic strip provided with the product. So far, every time I have replaced the protecting strip, I have cut my fingers. I threw out my protective strip and will keep looking for a better alternative. The bottom line? Don’t sell your miter saw. 😊 If you are installing softer flooring materials or if the reduced noise and dust are a priority, this multi-floor cutter should meet your needs.

Worth the investment!
At first, I regretted buying this, because I saw so many of the pros scoring the flooring with a knife and snapping it with ease. But my flooring is thicker than what I think the guys in the video are using. I have it mounted on top of the kitchen cabinets, and I wrap my arm (think armpit) around it, while holding the piece in place, and use my body weight to pull the lever down. Works really well.

Absolutely worth the money.
Absolutely love this floor cutter. Blade works very well. Defines red to resharpen every day with supplied stone. Used to install 3000 so far.

This thing is a beast
I got this cutter to install 6.5mm thick vinyl plank flooring in our bathroom. It cut through it cleanly no problem. Edges were clean, not one hiccup.Assembly of the cutter was super simple - there's only a handful of bolts. While the deck is lightweight, it's the cutter that has the weight - and it's beefy. The build quality of this unit is solid. I love how the angles are marked on the surface, and the guide is really easy to use - it uses peg holes to hold in place (no accidental slippage). My father has a plank cutter that we used to install flooring in my basement, and this one is so much nicer. If you're doing the flooring yourself, make your life easier and go ahead and grab this. I've been seriously impressed.
