6Pcs Natural Loofah Luffa Loofa Sponge Kitchen Cleaning Scrubber

In my bid to reduce plastic waste (I'll ignore how these come individually wrapped and I got it delivered) I wanted to try something instead of plastic sponges. These are great! They're supple enough to use and don't seem to get really greasy etc. as they rinse well under hot water. They also seem to last a long time.

I like it's natural and it doesn't get black and grimey like sponges do. But the fibres obviously comes off a little everytime you use it. Sometimes I get tiny pieces left on the dishes and I have a sink trap that gets clogged with the extra fine fibres and I have to keep clearing the trap otherwise the water doesn't flow. I do have a fine mesh trap tbh. It's lastability is no less than a sponge.

This product pieces of naturally grown loofah are individually wrapped up-i bought them to use as scrubbers in my washing up instead of artificial sponges that last for years in a landfill. All I do is throw my loofah into my fresh washing up water wait a few minutes and they become flexible but firm enough to get anything clean. I love them and will buy them again.and remember they are organic so can go in the green bin

Great item but each sponge individually packed in plastic kind of defeated my intention to stop using plastic sponges.

I actually bought these for the dishes. I am cutting back on plastic so wanted to stop buying sponges. These work great. I have cut each one in half and they are just the right size. They are a bit stiff at first but soon soften up and I just soak them in a bit of disinfectant at the end of the day to keep them clean.

Lots of plastic wrapping, waited for a month

... as sturdy as I hoped for, but still these are biodegradeable cleaning scrubbers, and they work for me.
