Household Essentials ML-4117 Wicker Basket Laundry Hamper with Liner Wicker Hamper, Brown

I bought for my son, he says he really likes it and it's big enough to hold a weeks worth of his clothes.

Looks really nice and is about the perfect size. After a couple months use the clothe bag started tearing. Will have to sew the bag before it tears down the entire side. Overall quality is decent but the bag is cheaply made.

The Household Essentials Wicker Hamper with liner is great for a home or dorm. It is eye catching and comes with a khaki colored liner/bag. The liner is removable and washable. You could put it in the bathroom, in a corner of the bedroom, or in the closet. It is gender neutral so it matches any décor. The basket is a nice size and holds about two or three average sized loads. The wicker is thick and woven. It seems to be pretty sturdy and well made. The only thing about this hamper is that it is a little pricey. But for the aesthetics and functionality, if you can afford it, it will be worth it. I would recommend it.**It's only been a few weeks and the top of this basket has started to unravel. I'm a little disappointed, so I decided to edit my review and deduct a star. It's still pretty, but for the cost, and the fact that I am only using this hamper to hold the clothes, not even to haul them to the laundry room, I expected it to last a lot longer. I'll contact the company and see if they have any suggestions.

This wicker laundry basket by Household Essentials is large and well made. The cotton liner is convenient and handy, assuring that your dedicates won't snag on the wicker and making it easier to tote them to the laundry. I was pleasantly surprised at how large it was when I received it. It will hold a lot of dirty laundry and is built solidly enough to tolerate the weight. It looks nice too.It would be nice if it had a lid for concealment but is handier without. I don't know how often it would be used in a laundry situation.It's pretty pricey for a laundry hamper, in my opinion. It's nice for a guest house or bathroom, but I'm not sure how many will be willing to spend this much. That said, it's made well and looks nice. We'll see how it lasts over time.

This is truly oversized, generously holds a ton of laundry. I use this in the linen closet to store folded bath towels and this frees up shelf space. I would not use it for dirty laundry because it doesn't have a cover and I'd prefer not to smell filthy clothing anywhere in the home. I like that it's well made and extremely sturdy. It holds up well to active movement around the house too. I like that the wicker doesn't have a funky odor like some occasionally do.This would make a great gift for a bridal or baby shower filled with smaller items.

This basket is huge and perfect for my kids clothes, I would not put this anywhere where it would get wet because I don't think it is waterproof. The inner lining is a thin cotton bag that is easily removed, there are no handles on the basket. The basket had a very strong smell when I first opened the box, but after it has been left out, the smell has almost gone away.

Very nice, attractive wicker hamper is large-sized, enough space to hold about 3 loads of laundry. The inner khaki cloth liner can be removed so that you don’t have to take the whole thing with you when you do laundry. It is sturdy and well-made and looks attractive. A nice addition to a laundry room or bathroom.

The weave is a bit coarse for my taste but the basket is very sturdy. I do wish it had a lid.
