How does it work? By covering up the good eye you are encouraging your child’s brain to use the lazy eye and the vision should improve. You are in fact stimulating the brain cells corresponding to the lazy eye, this then causes the brain cells to develop and hence the vision should improve. Patching is a very successful form of treatment, but it is only successful as your child will allow – if they will not wear their patch then the vision will not improve. Wonderful Invention For Eye Patching 5*
My Son hates the sticky eye patches as his eye lashes are long and the sticky irritates his skin. What a great invention these patches are, I cannot recommend enough. Easy to slot over your child's glasses without damaging them and as they sit on the outside of the glasses there is no interference with skin, eye lashes or eye brows! It's a bonus to have your child's favourite characters to add the 'cool' to patching.

It is very good for obscuring vision through
Had to snip the seam opening on the bridge side as they were too small to fit over child’s lens. Also the felt is getting a bit bobbly now after not very long. Son finds the material itchy. It is very good for obscuring vision through.

Great find -do the job perfectly with style!
I’ve ordered a few of these now to go with my sons different outfits -he loves them. They are so well made and work perfectly. The NHS optometrists have all been really impressed with them too!

Useless
Itchy material, does not fit several of my sons glasses. Even tried to cut to fit and still didn’t feel comfortable. Bad product.!
