Picatinny Rail Risers QD Quick Detach Mounts for Red Dot Sights

This product works well on my rifle, Savage A17 HMR with a Picatinny Rail Base. The clip on clips lock in very well, well made. It will work perfectly for close up shots with the low profile mount onto the rifle with the DNT Zulus HD V2.

I went from a screw clamp pic rail to the quick release. More than expected.

These are absolute garbage. The aluminum is soft. To get the locking lever tight enough to not wiggle on a picatinny rail it just bends the locking notch

Compact, well machined and works well to not add too much height.

Nothing wrong with the riser as claimed by manufacturer...as far as I can tell thus far. However, contrary to a review by another purchaser, this does NOT fit a DNT Hydra as mentioned....unless you 1. Only use one screw hole on the scope since you can only get one to match up which I wouldn't recommend since tolerances aren't as tight as DNT mout. Or 2. Measure and drill foe another hole in the mount NOT THE SCOPE! You'll also need shorter machine screws since the Hydra ones are too long for this setup. I'm gonna try option 2 since I don't feel like returning it based on a review and not an actual manufacturer claim!

This bolts directly to the DNT 225 thermal! Save yourself the coin on DNT’s website and just grab one of these.

Seems well made but not the highest quality. If you’re a professional, you might want to spend a little more for something that’s perfect. But this will serve 95% of the rest of gun users well enough. If you want the best, keep looking. The handle has a lock but the handle still has some movement once engaged. It’s not a big deal for most of us, but it might put off a pro. If you are a casual shooter or hunter, this is good enough.
