Hot Chilli Sauce - Caribbean Chilli Sauce

This is my favourite chilli sauce.

I purchased a bottle of this alongside a bottle of the Naga Sauce from WCF.Unfortunately it was a great disappointment. The sauce was very watery and extremely sweet.Regarding the heat - this is certainly not a hot sauce, with the flavour a bit hotter than a well known tabasco pepper table sauce. It was also disappointing in the taste department. I regularly purchase artisan chilli products, and this didn’t feel like it contained a lot of fresh chilli at all. I suspect the minimal heat within the sauce came from a cheap chilli powder. Avoid.

Tangy, flavoursome, delicious and still hot. Probably the best chilli sauce I've had in a long time, what struck me most was the flavour... it had some! Most Chilli sauces on the market seem to market the heat first and the flavour second (or not at all) It seems Wiltshire Chilli Farm went the other way, making a delicious sauce and then adding the intense heat that chilli fans adore. This has pretty much become my condiment of choice , can't recommend it enough and will be buying a couple more bottles as soon as I hit submit on this review.
