Love It
I got mine second hand as ordered. Really pleased with these, cards immaculate, box, very slight wear. Colours on this deck bright and clear, card stock v good quality. Wanted an authentic deck and this is it. Nothing was missing, lwb in French and English with interesting facts to read into. I don't often buy second hand, but glad got these, no complaints. Did not take too long to arrive and going to enjoy using these. Thank you!

Pure tradition
Here’s what’s interesting: for a good while, I didn’t like this version of Tarot de Marseille. Too bright, I thought. But I’ve recently grown to love it for precisely the same reason. The images are vivid, clear and vibrant. I read with it now much more than I used to.Also, this is a very traditional version. I’d say it’s one you should own if you use the tarot cards.

Perfectly decent Tarot deck
These are a decent modern version of a very good deck. If you are looking for a Marseille deck for everyday use then these are a good choice. The wording on cards are in French which is a personal preference of mine but obviously if you are familiar with the Marseille deck this won’t be an obstacle. Recommended (I am a professional reader and have not received any personal benefit from providing this review)

No Little White Book. False description or mistake?
The lack of any instruction booklet was a surprise. I contacted the seller who insisted this wasn't part of the package. Really? The cards rattle around in a box that's clearly too thick. What's that space for then? An instruction booklet I imagine!I hardly ever use the little white books if I'm honest, but that's not the point. Even a booklet in French only might have been nice. I pointed this out to the seller who insisted it is only cards, despite the fact that it clearly states that an instruction booklet is included and the video shows one. Returning is apparently at my expense and they will probably say that as I've opened it now I can't get a refund, but how do you know it's missing if you don't open the wrapper and box? I'm left with it now I suppose...I would avoid this seller as they sold something that doesn't match the description and it could happen again to another buyer. A real shame. The cards themselves are the 'standard' Tarot de Marseille and the best known for the longest time. Card stock is very good indeed: shuffles well, slides and not too thick or thin. However, the colours are very limited and the lines are a bit too bold to me. It makes for a visually striking deck that's very easy to read, but some newer restorations might be more appealing to some of you don't mind the fact that many of the modern restorations are done by people with agendas, 'visions', etc. that are often based on spurious notions or even wishful thinking. If it wasn't for the ridiculously thick card-stock, I would recommend the Véritable deck from Kris Hadar which is historically valid and lovely to look at.

replace
My old cards eventually wore out I was a litle disapointed that these were smaller in size but otherwise the same as the ones I have used for 40 years

A ruined deck
Firstly, I’d like to say that as a deck , this was nice. Good card stock , good colours. I was really looking forward to receiving it. However, that’s when it all goes down hill 😒. I opened the Amazon envelope only to find the box of cards opened and squashed. I bought this as a new deck , however no cellophane cover on box. Both ends of the box were open with cards coming out. The corners of the box were all bashed and worn. On removing the cards to check if they were “saveable” they were out of the usual order. Worse than that, they had been so badly damaged that the whole deck was twisted and wouldn’t lie flat. Immediately returned which is a real shame. Don’t want to order this deck again if that’s what Amazon are sending out . A real shame to ruin a lovely deck .

Better printings are available
I personally don’t like the Marseille Tarot reprints with such over saturated colours. If you are like me and love this 1930’s Marseille and would like it with original colours - buy the Collette Silvestre version. It’s way better in my opinion.

Un Must!
