Good if you need energy from supplementation. Eat only if you feel it is relevant to eat it lse this may cause a gooood weight gain. Biscuits are easy to eat and possibly tasty (on a lighter note some call these as dog biscuits as they taste bit different than regular ones) but are high in calories.

This meets the basic protein requirement for vegetarians where the source of digestible protein are very limited. As per the company 3 to 4 dikets twice a day helps an intake of 10 to 12 gms of protein.

Product quality is always good, but this is the 2nd time in a row that the container was bent. Not a good sign for such a reputed company. The 4 stars are for the product quality and not for packing!
