So far so good! These knife are very sharp and well balanced. Slices tomatoes like butter, cuts meat effortless. We will see how long they stay sharp and whether they can be sharpened easily.

Nice quality heavyweight butcher knives/cleaver set. These have a wood handle that is easy to grasp and hold. I like the hole for your finger that these have at the top of the knives which helps make the grip easy to hold. The knives are extremely sharp. I like the variety of sizes with this set. The look of the knives is very professional and heavyweight.
