This Service Manual was incomplete and disapointing. Not worth the price.
This Mercedes Benz "service manual" was incomplete. It did not mention transmission descriptions or computer working details; dashboard details;. It went on and on about engine details without any description of other car parts and characteristics.Very disappointed for the price I paid...It's NOT a true service manual only worthless description fills its pages.

très incomplèt
Zéro, nul, a éviter . C'est tout sauf un manuel d'atelier. Toutes les parties techniques importantes ne sont pas traitées.

Poor book
As a workshop manual this book is pathetic. It lacks detail and has no coverage of body and interior work. For example how do you remove the steering wheel? How do you remove the front valance or the rear bumper. The mechanical sections are brief and lacking in detail. Compared to Haynes manuals this book falls far short and is disappointing. Unfortunately Haynes do not appear to produce a workshop manual for this model.

practically Useless
This book contains only minimal information for anyboby considering maintaining their own Benz.Honestly the only usful information in it is bolt torques.Full of useless descriptions of what everything in a car is. Diagrams are limited and very bad quality.Wiring diagrams for W210 are illegible and W211 are useless. No trouble shooting information of any use.

Not as good as Haynes
Not up to the standard of Haynes Manuals nor some older workshop manuals that I have acquired for my cars over the years. It deals only with the main mechanical parts of the car. Those bits seem to be reasonably comprehensive . But does not include anything about electric windows (my two rear ones are not working so I hoped this would be included) nothing about heating, ventilation, air conditioning, the dashboard, mirrors, seats and so on. So if you need to remove the prop shaft then it will cover that but if you need to investigate and repair an electric seat then the manual leaves you in the dark.
