Wasn't as it looked in the picture. Didn't come with instructions, my furbaby didn't like it so didn't use it. I couldn't see how this would cool my pet down, it didn't get cool at all even after being in the fridge and also being but on proper tiled floor. Wanted to return it and cobtacted them, they ignored my first request then i requested again as well as emailed them. Long story short, a lot of bartering for me to keep it and not refund me, they have eventually refunded me but still not given me directions on how to return.

Disappointed; my dog is cooler lying on the floor! Just a piece of quilted material that has no way of getting cool at all. Slides on floor too! Also looks much larger on picture. Too small for my border collie.

So glad I brought this didn’t get much use at first but now he loves it

Supposed to be cooling gel mat but I doubt if there’s any gel in cloth at all not even a mat just a piece of thin quilted cloth and not cooling very bad advertising as cooling mat it’s definitely NOT

I'm not sure this kept my dog any cooler than any other material In fact I think it reflected my dog's own heat. Anyway my dog kept away from it when she was hot, deciding instead to lie on the floor.

Just arrived 4 days early my boys birthday present L good size for Labrador bit thinner than i thought it is cool no instructions? But my boy straight on it in his bed he must like it .

Works well.

Dog used it as a pee pad unfortunately! She can only sit on it for an hour as it seems to need a rest from body heat after this time and doesn't work.
