The mute button is too shallow so you have to press really hard for it to work

Just the same as a sony remote for a fraction of the price

Stopped working after one month of usage, very annoying. Too late to send back too..

It is almost identical to the product it replaces, battery compartment is smaller even though it takes same batteries, not a great issue except need to tap base on hand to remove last battery when replacing. The IF transmitter is not as well protected as in the original remote as it protrudes slightly from front end and is not protected by transparent window as with original. Still there is no learning curve as it is identical in every other respect which was the desired main requirement when ordering. Even the analog button works although we don't get those broadcasts now.

Got a free tv with no remote. Tested the TV with our current Sony remote so knew it worked. A genuine Sony unit was really expensive but this unit looks almost identical and works exactly the same for a fraction of the price. Dropped 1 start as the IR transmitter is not behind a cover so may be vulnerable if dropped, so will need to be careful.
