Excellent multi - great source of B-complex, zinc, saw palmetto
I just recently started taking multi-vitamins to cover all my bases. This multi-vitamin is a great choice. I also really like that it's a softgel. After a few weeks, I'm really starting to feel general energy level pickup. In particular, the B-complex helps with energy and concentration. I was also glad to see that the vitamins include saw palmetto extract which I've researched in the past. One of the areas I've also targeted is general immune heath; this multi is a good source of zinc which helps the immune system, like palmetto extract as well. WhatSuppBox service was is excellent - with an easy-to-use assessment, valuable information, and quick fulfillment.

Very good Antioxidant Formula
Been taking this around 2 weeks now. Pretty good. Comprehensive and well-designed multivitamin. Good dose of saw palmetto and lycopene. I like that it has natural beta carotene, not synthetic. Balanced energy with seaweed derived trace minerals. A lot of antioxidants too with grapeseed extract, alpha-lipoic, and Coq10. Don't mean to sound too geeky on this, but good disclosure on what it contains exactly. Can't say that for all the other products out there.

Frankly, I have not noticed a different yet and I have been using it for 2 weeks straight now. However, I work on my feet an entire day and I thought I would support my immune system with some vitamins. I will input an update maybe after a month.

No aftertaste
Everything going well, felling good! I have some digestive issues, so if I don't taste these all day, that's a big positive to me

Very very good multivitamin. The best.
All other multivitamins are liars and a total disaster. This one is very great. Believe me. Excellent value! Only the freshest nutrients!

Good covers all bases
Many things to like about this multi. No stomach issues or aftertaste. Good b complex for energy. Helps recover from stress and feeling tired. I feel an immune boost too.
