Excellent, fine powder- not granules. Awesome and will buy again

Like this garlic powder. Provides a tasty flavor without tasting fake. It is not a granulated type garlic powder as I have used previously. It is a very fine powder that at times tends to get away from me and spilling outside of the dish I'm cooking on the stove. Not a deal breaker, just an experience in using this. I have ordered this a second time since wanting to use more organic spices.

I typically am very excited about the offerings from the 365 Organic line, and I had expected no less from their seasonings. But I was left a bit wanting in this department. My past purchases from other spice brands made me envision ground garlic, but upon opening this bottle, I was very surprised in finding my tiny garlic granules were actually ground into a fine powder - think talcum powder. Though it has a strong garlicky scent and had a good overall taste, it took much more powder to get the level of garlic I wanted in each dish I made. Like 2-3 times as much. While the price point for organic garlic powder is excellent, be prepared to go through it quickly - and your purchase replacement will be sooner than expected.

I am loving this organic garlic powder. It smells wonderful, tastes delicious, and has just one ingredient: organic garlic. It is fresh and of great quality. The texture is different than other garlic powders, but I love it. I will be purchasing it again.
